Ashlee has served as the Sales Director at Coventry Senior Living since 2019, where she has helped hundreds of families navigate the transition into senior living. She is deeply passionate about acting as an educational resource for those researching care options for their loved ones. Her goal is to take a potentially overwhelming process and make it as streamlined and stress-free as possible. Ashlee prides herself on being a steady guide and advocate for families throughout the entire moving journey. Her dedication ensures that every new resident feels welcomed and supported from their very first visit.

Rob Adams serves as Maintenance Director, bringing extensive experience leading maintenance departments across a variety of senior living communities.  Rob specializes in project management and vendor relations, with a proven ability to oversee complex facility improvements, coordinate contractors, and manage maintenance operations with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. His hands-on leadership style helps keep communities running smoothly while supporting both residents and team members.Outside of work, Rob has a passion for cars and exploring all aspects of vehicle restoration and performance. His enthusiasm for problem-solving and mechanical systems extends from the workplace to his personal interests, reflecting the dedication and expertise he brings to his role every day.

Kyli Flanary-Evans has been working in Activities for 13 years. She is happily married, a bonus mom to five kids, and has two crazy fun dogs. In her spare time, Kyli likes to hang out with her family fishing, camping, or just being outside. She is also an avid softball player and has been playing since she was 5 years old.

Delmy has been at Coventry Senior Living for 8 years and serves as our Resident Care Coordinator for the East Building. She supports our nurse with managing care staff and coordinating care for our residents. Delmy is very hardworking and has a special relationship with all of the residents and families in our community. In her free time, Delmy loves doing Zumba!

Chef Carlos Rodriguez is a passionate culinary professional and restaurant owner with years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has refined his craft while working at renowned establishments, including Snowbird Ski Resort, La Caille Restaurant, and several other respected hospitality resorts. These experiences inspired Chef Carlos to pursue a higher standard of culinary excellence, combining exceptional flavors, quality ingredients, and thoughtful presentation. His passion for creating memorable dining experiences ultimately led him to focus on an area he believes deserves the same level of care as fine dining: SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES. Chef Carlos is dedicated to elevating the quality of food served in senior living communities by bringing restaurant-quality cuisine, fresh ingredients, and innovative menus to residents. He believes that every meal should nourish both the body and the spirit, creating moments of comfort, dignity, and enjoyment. Today, Chef Carlos continues to advocate for raising culinary standards in senior living while leading with creativity, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
